San Francisco transplant by-way of Los Angeles, Chuck Gunn is a co-founder and resident of QAOTIQ, a queer rave based in California’s Bay Area that aims to uplift and champion BIPOC/Trans artists. His fresh and spacey take on house and techno is shaped by the acid, dub and microhouse movements that grew out of 90’s minimal techno. Chuck moves through various textures, from rugged terrain, spaced out atmospheres, dub rhythms, all balled up in a bounce & grace that smacks the dance floor again and again.
